Now how to optimize and use the space has become a challenge in smaller households. In all this we are losing on the daily activity our mind and body needs to stay fit and healthy. As discussed with some sports experts they say our home can help us keep our body fit even in the indoors. Also, as per sports experts it is recommended not to do physical activity like running, exercise with a mask i.e. with a covered face.
