Ganesha says integrity is most important in life. Therefore an astrologer must take a stand even though he may be hopelessly wrong. The stand I take is that the years 2021 to 2023 is when science and technology will reign supreme and change the very fabric and direction of all of us. The possibility of space travel will change us forever.
The other important areas are: artificial intelligence; healing broken bodies, mind and spirit (most important); managerial skills of a high order; immense strides in medicine and specially brainpower; space travel; robots; biopharmaceuticals; origin of life; God vs. technology; climate change; and finally the marriage of technology and humanity.
The trade wars among nations, the sheer brutality of strangulating refugees, the utter selfishness, greed and lust for power among the nations are horrendous, incredible and exceptionally shameful. But rightly or wrongly, I say that by 2021 a much better world will start to develop and evolve. Happiness is in the caring and the sharing. Baring by itself is not alone.
In the section on personalities I have said a lot and therefore I do not want to repeat. But we human beings are at our best in moments of crisis and tremendous stress. We can adopt and adapt to changing circumstances. It is possible that we human beings and robots may have a lot in common in times to come. But the future is bright, though we have to earn it. And we will earn it if we deserve it. Consequently, I am ending it on a very positive and hopeful note. We human beings are best when faced against odds. In other words at the very edge of the precipice we can show our true worth.
‘Belief in belief is dead.7’ Poor God! He is put under a scanner and has to prove His existence. Fear is the key to life and living. Anxiety, neurosis, paranoia and terrorism, all have us by the throat. It is a nightmare. Your astrologer knows it. He is eighty-seven; he has seen the dark and horrendous side of life. But finally, he says with Paul Brunton, ‘There is peace behind the tumult, goodness behind the evil. Happiness behind the agony.’

Both these planets will come together in the sign of Aquarius in 2081. Therefore intuition and common sense both dictate that it could well be the greatest year of the twenty-first century. To each his own is the guiding principle of my life.’
